More than once I have moved to another campsite away from my neighbor's generator (not only for the noise, but also for the potential of the carbon monoxide) I feel it is better to be safe than sorry.
We are in our "research mode" before purchasing a new motorhome so I'm trying to learn and absorb as much info as possible. I read somewhere about adding a vent stack to divert fumes away from the generator. I would think this would be necessary in any crowded camp area.
This is a very good reminder on the importance of following safe steps in operating any fuel burning component in an RV. One slip up could prove fatal.
