Advice to young full-time RVers about health insurance on the road

Full-time RVer Evanne Shumarder explains what she and her husband do about health insurance and other on-the-road health issues. The couple is too young for Medicare and has no paid health insurance from a corporate retirement. Still, they have found a way to find affordable insurance and have developed a routine for annual exams and medical emergencies wherever they are on the RV road.
