Why RV parking on the street can be a problem

Some residents of Venice Beach, Calif., are fed up with RV-squatters who spend night after night, even month after month, living in their parked RVs along city streets. It's a big problem, with no easy solution -- some of the people have no other homes and even have jobs. But others have taken to dumping their RV waste water tanks on city streets and in gutters. And there's the crime that has come with some of these folks. Here's a TV news report that examines the scene.
